嘴饞, 臨時在家附近找了一家烤鴨店, 在台中路上. 事後查了一下, 網路上一片叫好. 炒的一吃還不錯, 不過片皮一吃不對我嘴. 六點去到時排了有十多組人吧, 不過只有三隻鴨吊著, 我還擔心會買不到. 不過很快發現旁邊正在趕工烤鴨. 味道還好, 不過也許是因為趕工的關係, 烤得不是太好. 看照片左上那兩隻鴨, 色澤多麼不勻.
Takeaway roast ducks are popular in Taiwan. They are different from the Peking roast ducks in the restaurants. They cost less and don't get the crispy duck skin. Some takeaways do really nice roast duck. I tried a popular roast duck takeaway on Taichung Road, Taichung. I arrived at 6PM. There were around 10-20 guests in the queue but only 3 ducks on the hangers. It must had been a very busy day for them. I didn't worry that I wouldn't get a duck because they were still roasting ducks. Somehow, the ducks were not well roasted. You can see the un-even color of the duck on the top left corner in the picture.
